Arrived in Baltimore around 2:00. The
steel went on display at the Fire House Expo 2011, at
the Baltimore Convention Center.
On Sunday July 24, the BCFD Riders Group along
with the FDNY Fire Riders and the Fire Family
Foundation set out to escort the steel to its
final resting place. We all met at the Steadman
Fire Station at 8:00 am, we then escorted the
steel to the Baltimore City Fire Academy. Led by
Chiefs Goldman and Heinbuch, with Baltimore City
Fire Apparatus in position at every major
intersection.
